Alla herr-EM ställs in under 2021, det beslutade vår Europeiska Seniorgolforganisation på herrsidan (ESGA) under påskhelgen. Det gäller både H65 och H75 som skulle spelats i Padua i Italien, och H55 som skulle spelats i Paris i Frankrike.

ESGA:s ordförande skriver i bifogat ordförandebrev: "Looking at the serious situation in both these countries, and of course also in the rest of Europe, and taking into account the prospects for the coming period, both associations have decided to cancel the ESGA tournaments for 2021. A decision with full support of the ESGA Board. Of course this is a very ‘heavy’ decision but you have got to take into account all organizational aspects to be considered.

Och han avslutar sitt brev: "But ‘it is what it is’ and we will come back as soon as possible to you on the possibilities for 2022 and the years to follow."

Dam-EM genomförs i oktober som planerat. Vår Europeiska Seniorgolforganisation på damsidan (ESLGA) beslutade tidigt i våras att lägga dam-EM i oktober istället för under sommaren. Den planeringen ligger kvar och SSG kommer att delta i detta dam-EM, som spelas i Tjeckien, med lag i både D50 och D65.
